A gallery of images of the Cathedral can be found on this web site most of which are reproductions of Christmas Cards produced by the Friends. Others have been supplied by the Lincoln Camera Club and other photographers as indicated by the acknowledgements.
A selection of these have been reproduced at the top centre of the Home page of this website and change monthly. The intention has been to try and reproduce an image which illustrates the particular season.
The drawings reproduced in the headings to each page of this web site are of the Angels which are in St Hugh’s Choir of the Cathedral and are taken from C. Wild’s An illustration of the Architecture and Sculpture of the Cathedral Church of Lincoln. (London 1819)
The Association and compiler are grateful to Graham K Jackson, the first Webmaster, for his expertise in setting up this website without which it would have been impossible to achieve such a high standard. Graham retired, and the present webmaster Mair Allen-Williams, has been assisted by Aidan Hopkins since 2009. A new webmaster is being appointed shortly.
